Our workplace is under constant change for a variety of reasons. It does demand that we are ready for everything. No one knows everything BUT we can be prepared in learning from others and each other.

Our track record stems from doing "real work" for over 40+ years in the global workplace. Including Fortune 500 companies across the globe.
In addition, our reach includes many years focused on small businesses as well. A Large Corporation or "Mom and Pop" are all treated with the same respect and importance.
Our passion is to stay current on our 3 core subjects areas. This enables us to create and present information as "fresh as the morning newspaper." Our pledge is not to just lecture on the subject but also bring videos, exercises, gathered wisdom from experts and real life personal stories to illustrate actual workplace experience. A plus is the inclusion of insights that enable one to recognize the signs of success and/or warnings that indicate failure is near on the horizon.
At the heart of every presentation, class or workshop a common theme will ring, "Know Your Employees"! Promoting a positive and uplifting culture in your organization will radiate through the presented materials.
As a test, write done a list of all the people who report to you. Most of us would have trouble even doing this. However, don't stop there. Now write down the first name of each of their children. Yes, I know...it got me as well. If you want the ultimate challenge then by each of your staff's name include their dream(s). You bet...we all need to sharpen our skills in knowing our people. Believe me, it will result in you not having to spend your time in interviews because your staff left thinking you did not care about them.
Thus, Mark & the team are not just teachers of a subject but an "awakener". We take serious that every opportunity to create a "Teachable Moment" is time well spent in helping you reach your success! In short, the end state for each participant is not just head knowledge but eyes that see, ears that hear and a heart that cares. It is one thing to "know" it is far greater to know the "how" in making a difference in today's global world.
